☼ What treatment methods does Sujok Therapy offer?
The treatment method is chosen to suit the condition to be treated and to restore overall balance within the individual. It uses acupuncture, acupressure, massage, magnet, light, colour and seed therapies. All treatments have a holistic approach to the well-being of the individual and are performed predominantly on hands and sometimes on feet.

☼ What conditions does Sujok Therapy treat?
Sujok therapies treat a variety of conditions in all body systems: skeletal, nervous, muscular, respiratory, endocrine, immune, cardiovascular/circulatory, urinary, integumentary (skin, hair, nails, exocrine glands), reproductive, and digestive system. It is effective in reoccurring conditions, resolving pain conditions, addressing “mystery” pains and aches and more conditions that modern medicine may be mystified about. Often combining both, modern and traditional medicine is also beneficial. Depending on the conditions treatments can have an immediate effect. However, it requires several weeks to support the body and mind to adjust to the restoration of balance and to support during the readjustment period activating internal healing processes.

☼ What are the origins of Sujok Therapy?
Sujok is a combination of two Korean words; namely “Su” meaning hands and “Jok” meaning feet. Sujok provides treatments on hands and feet. Sujok acupuncture is a natural therapy of healing without drugs or medications.

Physical Dimension: Therapist will use fingers, and special rounded pointed tools to identify the corresponding point of the body to be treated with Sujok methods. The therapist may apply needles, light, seeds or magnets. Sometimes the client will be given seeds and magnet to apply at home between the session for continues healing between sessions.

Meta-Physical Dimension: This system use of Byol points, energy centres and meridians within hands and feet, which corresponds to the classical Chinese medicine full body meridian system and chakras popularised in Indian yogic practices. During the diagnosis Sujok defines Six Ki (energies) and emotional constitutions and tailors the treatment formula to the individual and their current condition.

☼ What are the treatment cost, duration of each session and treatment length☼? Session cost: £53
⚙ Session duration: allow for 60min, depending on the modality of treatment each session length can vary between 30 to 60min.
⚙ Treatment length: starting from four weeks, frequency of sessions and the length of treatment would depend to how acute and persistent is the condition.
